  • Our customers can enjoy Premium Services that are provided via online chat and/or phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Trend Micro Premium Services for Home Users are provided by trusted Trend Micro Certified Experts. All of our Online Premium Services are powered by SupportSpace, a trusted Trend Micro partner.
  • Simply pick your service and you will be connected to an Expert. The Expert will walk you through the service and take control of your computer to resolve the problem for you.
  • You can sit back and watch as the service is performed. If you have any questions during the service session, the Experts will remain accessible online via chat or on the phone for phone services.
  • If you need help selecting the right service for you, you can chat online with a Certified Expert who will help you make the right selection.
  • At the end of your service, an Expert will review the actions they have performed to resolve your issue. The Expert will disconnect from your computer when the remote control connection is no longer needed. Once the session is complete, you will be able to rate your experience and give feedback.
